In short: we only collect what you send us through the contact form or by email, we use it to reply to your request, we don't sell it, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

- your name and work email (required);
- organisation, phone number or Telegram handle (optional);

When you visit the website
Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quote — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To deliver a project if we work together — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and filter spam — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To keep accounting and tax records for paid work — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply to you.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site:
- Formspree, Inc. — receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts and delivers the website.
- Our email provider — stores the messages we exchange with you.
These providers process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. We may also disclose data where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers, such as Formspree, are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, as set out in the provider's data processing terms.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project — up to 12 months after our last contact.
- Data related to a project — for the duration of the contract and afterwards for as long as required by tax and accounting law or to establish or defend legal claims.
- Technical logs — for the short period set by our hosting provider.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To use these rights, email info@neoscorm.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
8. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send highly sensitive information through the form.
9. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and educational institutions. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
